Unified intake
Bring selected mailboxes, messages, voice notes, and project signals into one assignable queue.
Private agency operating system
Dash brings client communication, CRM, delivery, support, governed AI work, evidence, time, and billing into one calm operating loop.

Every decision stays traceable
Humans accountable
Agents remain delegates
One operating model
The product stays simple at the top and precise underneath. Each surface answers one question: what arrived, who owns it, what is happening, what needs approval, and what changed.
Bring selected mailboxes, messages, voice notes, and project signals into one assignable queue.
Accounts, contacts, opportunities, agreements, delivery, support, health, and renewals share one history.
Separate the accountable human from the delegated agent, with bounded runners, checkpoints, evidence, and approvals.
Customer replies, provider writes, deployments, spending, and destructive actions pause for an authorized decision.
Canonical work and timers preserve the operational trail instead of forcing a second billing system.
Quotes, retainers, invoices, itemized rows, and concise client-readable change summaries close the commercial loop.
The accountable loop
A message does not become three competing tasks. It becomes one canonical record, one owner, optional agent delegation, explicit evidence, and a visible decision trail.
Dash runs in your controlled environment with PostgreSQL, a durable worker, encrypted secret references, and workspace-isolated data. Local or remote runners make outbound connections when approved work needs a native coding harness.
The deploying organization does. Workspaces, integrations, attachments, audit evidence, and agent context remain scoped; a portfolio never grants silent access to a client workspace.
Yes. Client-safe access is designed around clear project, request, support, commercial, and evidence views. Public share links remain read-only, and broader client access is introduced deliberately.
Not by default. Agents plan, implement, test, and prepare evidence. Customer communications, authoritative provider changes, deployments, production promotion, spending, and destructive actions require explicit policy and approval.
Dash has capability-based adapters for mail, project systems, messaging, private attachments, voice intake, and coding agents. Each connection is activated per workspace only after its credentials, allowlists, and operational checks are configured.
Private pilot
Dash is currently deployed for controlled agency use. Product access, connector activation, data migration, and automation policy are configured deliberately—not through a self-serve signup funnel.
Give clients one place to be heard—and your team one place to deliver, approve, prove, and bill.
